As I assume others in their chain likely are as average as this place was 2 nd visit in 4 years. I can’t imagine buying Into this at best average hotel. food was stale or warm at best, like bagels, breads etc, one toaster, ? Only the BLUE MOON restaurant actually unforced the mens long pants requirement The mikes coffee shoppe was slow and poorly staffed, orde than a Starbucks line up Generally,most staff were indifferent or maybe didn’t understand English, The el Beso front desk was just rude and pointed to go to other people after we had been sent to them, the front desk as similar in deferring to others, And last the H10 group is trying to Sell memberships. Rooms are getting tired, as is the decks and pool areas, grounds are manicured but lights are falling down Own wires are exposed, deck boards at pools etc are cracked and pen spaced watch your step The buffet is a Wild West experiment of wait and grab Staff are pleasant but very inattentive. Because of noise etc we moved and PAID extra to go to El Beso Adult area. Our first room was in Amily section, 3 floor opposite the water park that dumped water every 10 minutes, and encouraged children and families. ![]() Do not reserve here with high expectations, it’s a family winter camp alternative.
